Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using FormaDraw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software. Your continued use of FormaDraw constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these terms.

The Software

FormaDraw is a local-first drawing, animation, and knowledge-graph application available for desktop platforms. A free tier is available with core features. FormaDraw Pro is available at $12 per month, billed through Stripe, and includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, and you may cancel at any time before then.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments & Refunds

All payments for FormaDraw Pro are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Since FormaDraw Pro includes a 14-day free trial, refunds are generally not provided. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

Your Content

You own your content. All project files, drawings, animations, and knowledge graphs you create with FormaDraw are yours entirely. FormaDraw is a local-first application, meaning your work is stored on your device. We do not claim any ownership, license, or rights over your creative output.

Restrictions

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the FormaDraw software. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or lease FormaDraw or any portion of it to third parties. You may not use FormaDraw for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Availability

FormaDraw is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from your use of the software.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use FormaDraw and any associated Pro features will cease immediately. Since your project files are stored locally on your device, they will remain unaffected by account termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FormaDraw after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
