What We Collect

When you create a FormaDraw account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. If you subscribe to FormaDraw Pro, we also collect basic billing information necessary to process your payment.

What We Don't Collect

FormaDraw is a local-first application. Your project files, drawings, animations, and knowledge graphs are stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload, or have access to any of your creative work. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting of any kind.

How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely for account authentication, password recovery, and essential service communications such as billing receipts or critical security notices. We will never sell your data or send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Data Storage

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage and are never stored in plain text. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Account data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to essential personnel only.

Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Upon deletion, all account data — including your email address and billing records — will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Since your project files are stored locally, they are unaffected by account deletion.

Third Parties

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles all payment card information directly and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. No other third-party services receive your data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
